Setter roles on the platform are advertised at $4,000 to $6,000 per month, and closer roles are advertised at $10,000 to $12,000 per month. One placement month in an entry-level role can cover the full program investment.

Listed compensation reflects what job posts advertise, not guaranteed earnings. Individual results vary based on the role you land, the offer you sell, your prior experience, and how consistently you apply the process.

Common Questions

Before you apply

Do I need previous sales experience?

No! Many of our most successful members come from outside sales entirely. What matters more is communication ability, a willingness to learn, and follow-through. Our recruiter has placed hundreds of people with no prior sales experience.

What kinds of roles will I have access to?

Fully remote setter and closer roles at 7, 8, and 9-figure businesses across a wide range of industries. Coaching, health, fitness, real estate, finance, e-commerce, software, and more. Roles are verified by our recruiting partner before they post to the board. They come directly from his relationships and network, and some aren't posted anywhere else.

How quickly can I expect to land a role?

You'll have access to all the job listings and materials immediately. Some members land roles within weeks. Most see meaningful progress within 30 to 60 days. Our support continues for as long as you're following the process.

What's the time commitment?

Plan on around an hour a day. The more you put into it, the more you get out of it. That hour covers applying to roles, sending Looms and follow-ups, attending at least one coaching call, and prepping for interviews when they come up.

What does the income picture look like?

Although some of the jobs have a base, these are mostly performance-based roles, which means earnings track to your output. Some members earn modestly while ramping up; some scale quickly. Income varies dramatically by offer, role, your skill, and how much you put into it. We'll talk specifics during your application call.

What does "accepted" mean? Why don't you work with everyone?

The application call is a two-way conversation. We're checking that the program will actually help you given your situation, and you're checking that this is what you want to build. If we both agree it's a fit, you're in. We'll only recommend that you join if we genuinely believe we can help you.
