These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Remote Sales Connection website (remotesalesconnection.com) and our coaching and job board services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Remote Sales Connection LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Remote Sales Connection," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you enroll in the Remote Sales Connection program, your signed Membership Agreement also applies and controls if it conflicts with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Remote Sales Connection provides coaching, training, a curated remote sales job board, and messaging support for people seeking remote sales roles. Program details, deliverables, and any guarantees are described in your Membership Agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms. We do not apply to jobs on your behalf or act as an employment agency or recruiter, and we do not guarantee interviews, offers, salaries, or any specific career outcome except as expressly stated in a signed Membership Agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Remote Sales Connection related to your inquiry, application, or program participation, including replies from our team, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Program fees are stated at enrollment and are payable in advance, either in full or through a third-party "buy now, pay later" financing service we make available (if you use one, that provider's terms also apply). All sales are final: because we begin allocating coach time and platform access at enrollment, refunds are not available. Full payment and cancellation terms are set out in your Membership Agreement.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: violating any law; infringing the rights of others; submitting false or misleading information; attempting to access accounts or systems without authorization; or interfering with the operation of the Services.
The Services, including our content, training materials, and branding, are owned by Remote Sales Connection or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use program materials for your own career purposes. You may not resell, republish, or share program materials without our written permission.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Career and income outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remote Sales Connection will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or opportunities, arising out of or relating to the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or your Membership Agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, with the seat of arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will give you notice (for example, by email or a notice on the Services). Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
